Kavera Maison operates the Meta Marketing Assistant, a reporting and marketing operations service for businesses. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the service.

Information we collect

We collect account details supplied through sign-in, such as your name, email address, workspace membership, and authentication identifiers. When you connect Meta, we receive the permissions and business assets you approve, including ad accounts, Pages, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, performance metrics, lead forms, lead data, and event-source diagnostics.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, connect the marketing accounts you select, synchronize reporting data, display dashboards, detect operational issues, generate performance insights, maintain security, and provide support. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and security

Application data is stored using service providers including Supabase, Railway, and Vercel. Access tokens are handled by the backend and are not exposed to the browser. We use access controls, encrypted network connections, and workspace separation to protect customer data.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers required to operate the product, when directed by the customer, or when required by law. Each provider processes data under its own contractual and security obligations.

Retention and deletion

We retain connected marketing data while a workspace is active or as needed to provide the service. You may disconnect Meta or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Our data deletion page explains the request process.

Your choices

You can revoke Kavera Maison access from Meta Business Integrations, disconnect an account from the product, or request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information.
