User Data Deletion

You can ask Kavera Maison to delete information associated with your Meta Marketing Assistant account and connected Meta assets.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email from the address used for your account to hello@kaveramaison.com.
2. Use the subject “Data deletion request” and include your workspace name.
3. We will verify that you control the account before deleting data.
4. We will confirm completion by email, normally within 30 days.

What is deleted

The request covers your user profile, workspace membership where applicable, stored Meta access tokens, connected asset references, synchronized reporting data, lead data, and generated insights associated with the deleted workspace.

Disconnect Meta immediately

You may also remove the Kavera Maison business integration from your Facebook settings. This stops future access from Meta, but you should still contact us if you want previously synchronized data deleted.

Information we may retain

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or financial recordkeeping. Any retained information remains restricted and is removed when the applicable obligation ends.
